We hold FFL and SOT licenses to able to directly receive your firearms as well as return them to you looking better than ever. And with a brand new 700 square foot workshop specifically built for the work, we are in it for the long haul.
Our culture
Quality over quantity is more than a motto for us—it’s our standard. Our OCD tendencies ensure meticulous attention to detail to guarantee every project meets the highest standards. Nothing leaves our dedicated shop unless it is at the level of perfection we ourselves would expect on our own items. You won’t find a stack of jobs going on here like the high-volume shops. We are low-volume by decision and design; we take on a job when we can immediately start on it and make it perfect before we accept the next one. As an artisan-driven business, we carefully select work where we can guarantee excellence. Unlike high-volume shops, we maintain a low-volume, focused approach, starting and perfecting one job before moving to the next. Our ‘Break Even’ pricing reflects our passion, because this is our dream and we want to share it with you. In addition our discount for military and first responders reflects our desire to give back to those that give so much. We know what they sacrifice; they are in our family as well.
Our promise
Your items won’t leave our shop unless we consider them perfect. A speck of debris in a part means it gets redone. However, if you are honestly not happy with the work, we’ll redo the work or refund you. If you are not as excited about the colors in person, we’ll redo the work at a discount. Our “break even” pricing reflects our desire to be as fair to our customers as we can yet keep our dream alive. Not many other shops will make that promise.
